Tibus provide an on-premise network device labelled TUCxxxxx, which acts as our handover point for your Ultrafast service. The customer connects to this device in port 1.
The Tibus network device is NOT for customer use. If you require public IP addressing on multiple devices, customers should reconfigure their internal network / firewall accordingly.
