Import VPN Profile to OpenVPN

• Tibus will provide you with a ZIP file containing all necessary configuration via Email
• Save the ZIP attachment to a location of choice (e.g. Downloads)
• Extract/Unzip the ZIP file (process for this depends on your Operating System – for Windows right click “Extract All”)

• Locate and run the OpenVPN Connect application (from Start Menu, Desktop or Applications folder of your Operating System)

• When the application loads, click on FILE tab, then BROWSE button

• Locate the extracted ZIP folder from previous steps and select the filename ending “.ovpn”

• Enter provided Username and Password
• Click “Connect”
